With a strong foundation in discipline and performance—shaped by his early achievements as a national and university-level cricketer—Mr. Harish brings focus, resilience, and strategic leadership into the healthcare domain. Mr. V. Purna Chandra Rao (PC Rao) is a respected leader whose journey reflects a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and community well-being. With over two decades of experience as a Manager at Union Bank of India, he brings strong leadership, discipline, and administrative insight to the hospital. 

As Chairman, he believes healthcare goes beyond treatment—it is about compassion, trust, and standing by people in their most vulnerable moments. His vision is to ensure that every patient receives ethical, accessible, and quality care in a supportive and respectful environment.
